Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 medium yams, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 14 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 12 tablespoons orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Make a mixture of orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Place sliced yams in a casserole dish.
  3. Drizzle mixture over yams.
  4. Bake until heated through in a 350* oven, 30-45 minutes.
