- 907.18 g yams, drained
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 118.29 ml dark corn syrup
- 59.14 ml margarine
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Arange yams in a single layer in a baking pan.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a saucepot.
- Heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour over the yams.
- Bake for 20 minutes basting often.

I'm a 27 year old mother of one and I LOVE cooking.
