    Directions:

      Cook the potatoes, I steam mine.

      Cool and peel, slice about 1/2 inch thick layer in a large casserole dish.

      Melt butter and mix in the apple juice and honey to make a syrup.

      Preheat oven to 325
    5. 5
      Pour the syrup over the potatoes and bake, basting occasionally till the syrup is absorbed and the potatoes are brown. Serve with gravy, yum!
