Yum! Very garlicky -- I recommend using 1 SMALL clove of garlic. I served this (without the bread) as a dip. There were no leftovers.

Simple, but perfect blend of flavors. I used onion and chive cream cheese and spread the mixture on toasted slices of baguette. Yum! I know that this is an appy, but I served it up for breakfast with some celery stalks and a glass of low sodium V-8 juice. The spread would also be good on bagels.
