A Giada DeLaurentiis recipe from Everyday Italian.
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup campari
- 2 cups sparkling water
- ice cube
- 6 orange rind twists
- Stir the orange juice concentrate and Campari in a pitcher to blend. Stir in the sparkling water. Fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Pour the Campari mixture over. Garnish with the orange peel twists and serve.
OK I cheated and used regular oj didn`t have frozen. Didn`t need the extra oj or sweetness. For me at that is! Other may want the sweetness because of the bitter Campari.
