  1. Fry in oil or butter 1 diced onion and 1 diced bell pepper.
  2. 2. Fry one pound of hamburger meat and pour off grease.
  3. 3. Add onion and bell pepper and Simply potatoes to hamburger meat.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Add either Worchestershire sauce or picante sauce.
  6. 6. Cover skillet and stir occasionally until all ingredients are cooked.
