Cook this up over a medium heat camp fire & eat it right outta the pan!
- 1⁄4 lb bacon, cut fine
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 1 (19 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1⁄4 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- In a pan, fry bacon pieces and onions. Add tomatoes and corn.
- When boiling, crumble up cheese and add to pan, cooking only till cheese is melted.
- Take off fire and eat with bread or crackers.
