Camp Barakel's Pizza Potatoes

"This recipe is from back in the 70's. I don't think camp makes these anymore, but kids loved them then!"

• Yields: 1 casserole
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 (5 -6 ounce) package scalloped potatoes
• 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
• 1 1⁄2 cups water
• 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
• 4 ounces pepperoni or 1 lb browned ground beef
• 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese or 4 ounces mozzarella cheese

directions

1. Mix together potatoes, tomatoes, water, oregano, and meat.
2. Top with cheese.
3. Bake at 400* for 1/2 an hour or until cheese is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
