I made this for the Skim into Africa Challenge and took it to a potluck. I meant to take a picture, but when I went back it was gone. I really enjoyed the flavorful combination of spices. I let it sit overnight after rubbing on. Yummy!

We loved this recipe. The spices made the meat so flavorful. Will be making this more often. Thank you. Served with "Tanzanian Vegetable Rice" #310161 by Engrossed Made for the ZWT 4 The Mamma Mias!

Well, I really thought this was going to be so good with the combo of all of those spices plus the crushed peanuts. When I mixed all of the spices together it smelled wonderful and I just knew it was going to be great. However, I was dissapointed when I tasted it an it was so bland, surprised really. I like the idea of this and it looked good, so I think I might try it again and work on the spices. Sorry!
