- lemon wedge
- 1 ounce calvados (or other apple brandy)
- 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur (or triple sec)
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with lemon wedge and rim with sugar.
- Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice, in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
