  • 12 cup soymilk or 12 cup almond milk
  • 1 apple, peeled cored chunked
  • 14 cantaloupe, chunked
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon german chamomile flowers (fresh) or 1 teaspoon german chamomile flowers (dried)

Directions

  1. Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
