  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Sift together the flour and baking powder. In a bowl, beat the eggs, oil, paprika and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully fold the egg mixture into the flour to make a smooth batter. Add the cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, chorizo and the olives. Stir gently.
  • Lightly butter a loaf pan and dust with flour. Pour in the mixture.
  • Bake for 50 minutes. Check for doneness by sticking the blade of a knife into the loaf-it should come out dry.
  • Cool the loaf before removing from the pan. Cut into small cubes and serve.
