Carrots, citrusy and no-sugar

I added lemon juice to the water in the steamer and, after the carrots were cooked, I mixed all the ingredients in a couple of tablespoons of orange juice over very low heat. Delicious recipe - thank you.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 orange, sectioned,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion

Directions

  1. Steam carrots.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Yum!
