This recipe is great idea, and has some good flavor, but I felt like it was missing something. I think there needs to be more depth in the gravy, it seemed like most of the flavor came from salt and the tomatoes tasted like they came right out of the can. I'm not saying this to be harsh on the recipe because I really did enjoy it, I just think next time I will cook the gravy for a lot longer and maybe blend the tomatoes a little before serving.
