I haven't tried this one yet, but it sounds good. From Doctor's Review magazine.
- 1⁄2 cup paprika
- 1⁄4 cup black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cayenne (or more)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- Combine spices thoroughly and store in a closed jar in a cool, dry place.
- Add more cayenne if you want a hotter mix.
- Use within a month for maximum flavor.
