Fantastic! I love "make your own seasoning" because I can control the salt level. I mixed this up and used it to make jambalaya. It is perfect. Just added Tabasco when it was done for the finishing touch. Thank you for sharing- no more supermarket mixes!people found this review Helpful. My usual Cajun seasoning (store bought) was getting a little old and I had to discard it. Now this seasoning is easy to make with ingredients always in my cupboard and the mix is always fresh. No more store bought for me!
Used this mix on breakfast eggs and also on roasted potatoes, very good! Easy to make and with the right kick.
Thanks for posting.

Never had Cajun Seasoning before, and I like it! I used it on some scrambled eggs and enjoyed them very much. The kick from the cayenne was just right. Made for Ramadan Tag. Thanks! :)people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. This was a nice flavored cajun seasoning mix. The ingredients I always have on hand so this can easily be made anytime. We are learning to enjoy spicy/hot so I used half of the cayenne pepper. Enjoyed this on Samantha in UT's Grilled Cajun Corn. Made and reviewed for ZWT5, Bodacious Brickhouse Babes team.people found this review Helpful.
