My husband and I really like this. In my opinion, this is better than scampi = less butter, more flavor. But that's just me. Enjoy!
Excellent dish--we have a toddler so we omitted the cayenne pepper but it was still nice and flavorful. We made a simple "fried" rice to accompany it by cooking short grain white rice then adding 1/4 cup uncooked onion, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1 tbsp butter after the rice was done. It was excellent! Thanks!
