Very flavorful and moist. I had a huge whole boneless, skinless chicken breast so I cut the seasoning in half and put a little water in the bottom of the pan under the rack. I cooked it to 170 degrees internal temp, covered it with foil and let it sit while I cooked my sides, then sliced it on the diagonal. Delicious!
I made this in my new roaster I received for Christmas and it was fantastic. We all enjoyed the flavor and it was so easy to make. I had a whole chicken and it was done after about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Made this many times already, but hadn't rated it. It's da Bomb!
I used chicken thighs instead of a whole chicken & baked for about 1 hour. OMG, how delicious!!!! And so easy! DH was pleased that I seasoned the chicken meat as well as the skin since he (GASP) removes the skin. Everybody loved this, even THE PICKY ONE. Thank you for posting!
