This was great. I didn't use the beef bouillon, or celery, because I was out. But did everything else as written. Doubled the recipe and very little was left for 6 people.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Pour chicken broth into rice cooker.
  2. Crumble bouillon cube to a powder and add to broth.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire, and pepper.
  4. Add bacon bits, diced onion, diced celery, and rice. Stir well.
  5. Turn rice cooker on ad cook until machine shuts off (or shifts to WARM mode) and rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Stir and fluff rice with fork (or paddle utensil provided with rice cooker) and serve.
  7. STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients, except rice, to medium saucepan and bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, add rice, cover, and cook until rice is tender, appx 17 minutes. Stir and fluff rice with fork and serve.
