- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped dill pickle
- 1 small scallion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon drained capers (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Mix mayonnaise,pickle,scallion,capers, lemon juice,mustard and hot sauce in a small bowl until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
