    Ann Cecile's Note:

My neighbor had cajun peanuts from Feridies at holiday time. They were awesome but impossible to find in the stores. I found this recipe on and wanted to hold onto it on zaar. I will rate once I make some. Happy munching!

These were really easy to make and came out perfectly! They were nicely spiced and just great for nibbling. I brought them to a friend's bday party and everyone loved them!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing a real keeper with us! :)

These were very good. I used Cholula instead of tabasco and chipotle powder instead of the cayenne. Added a smokey, mexican flair. Very very good. Thanks for posting this!

UPDATE 4-14-10: I've made this at least 5 times since finding it. We love the spiciness of the seasonings. I use it with almonds, walnuts and pecans. I even used it for roasted sweet potatoes!! 2-5-10 Very good! I loved the spiciness of these peanuts. I didn't add salt since my peanuts were lightly salted. Loved how they tasted after cooking them in the oven. Watch it -- they cook rather quickly!
