This made a nice spicy salad for my lunch today. I did make a few changes. I left out the sausage, and used lemon juice for the vinegar. Instead of the bay leaves, I used about a tsp. of Old Bay Seasoning(Copycat). I quartered this recipe and I got about 4-5 servings! Thank you Bev!
