Uses pepper-infused vodka such as Absolut Peppar. Can make your own.
- 6 ounces peppar vodka
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 dash peychaud bitters (optional)
- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers
- Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice.
- Add the pepper vodka and dry vermouth.
- Shake vigorously; strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Top up with a dash of bitters, if desired.
- Garnish with a pickled jalapeno pepper.
