Fabulous blend of the flavors of creole seasoning and curry. This is quick, easy and great served over rice. You can adjust the amount of cajun and curry seasoning to your taste.
- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter, Melted
- 2 -3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- Combine honey through mustard and pour over chicken breast.
- Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
