A lighter, WW-friendly version of Cajun Chicken Pasta. Easy to prepare and the whole family enjoyed it.

This was really good! I left out the mushrooms and added extra peppers. It was a great, quick dinner! Love that it includes whole wheat pasta in the recipe :)

  1. Cook linguine until al dente.
  2. Coat chicken with cajun seasoning and saute until cooked.
  3. Add peppers, mushrooms and green onions; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in half-and-half.
  5. Add seasonings and heat through.
  6. Serve over warm linguine and top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. **Could add a bit of cornstarch & water with seasonings, if you want a thicker sauce. **.
