This was a very good recipe. I used additional cajun seasoning, because I like my food spicy. I did not add cornstarch, as the pasta thickened the sauce when mixed together. I will definately make this again.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. WOW! This recipe was very easy and looked as good as it tasted! I mixed some crushed garlic w/the chicken and cajun seasoning (I was afraid it would be too salty so I used 1 t cajun seasoning, 1/2 t paprika and 1/2 t cayenne). I also used a whole red bell pepper and a 1/2 a red onion along w/the green pepper. I had fresh basil so I used that as well. I only needed 3/4 C of the heavy cream, then I mixed the pasta in w/some shredded parmesan to thicken up the sauce. Excellent!people found this review Helpful. The taste of this dish was excellent. It is really not at all hard to make. Everyone that I have made it for loves it. I am making it again today and I am going to add some fresh diced tomato. Thanks!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. Sign in or create an account
