  • Cut chicken into thin strips, or bite size pieces.
  • Place chicken in bowl and coat with Cajun seasoning, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter or margarine until chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Reduce heat add green onion, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.
  • Cook linguine according to box, drain and put into, skillet and toss with Parmesan cheese.

  1. I've made this recipe twice now and everyone has loved it. I incorporated a few changes based on the comments here as well as my own tastes. - Used 1/2 and 1/2 rather than heavy cream, worked well. You will need to thicken the broth with a small amount of flour. - Used Red peppers sliced and cherry tomatoes, worked well. - Used chicken tenderloins from the store as they're already cut smaller and easy to work with. Overall, love this recipe and already looking forward to it again.
