Great flavor for corn--not too buttery & not too strong. I'd probably amp the ratio of cayenne though, just for a little extra spice. It's good for flavoring your rice too.

ohh gosh this was good. i used veg. broth because i am non flesh consumer. i am a big spicy food fan and this was perfect. i get burned out on regular corn on the cob so i am glad i have got a new option.

LOVED IT!!!! So easy to make. My husband doesn't usually like corn on the cob but he could not get enough. Thanks Barb!

This was easy to make while you are cooking the corn. It was a little spicy warm (but not enough for me). I believe it was the chicken broth that gave it a different, yet very good taste. I don't know how to explain it. The butter separated so I'm wondering if the heat was a little to hot. I spooned the mixture on my corn then I just put some in the middle of my plate and rolled the corn in it. I WELL be making this one again, thanks Barb!
