This stew is fabulous. Quick and easy to prepare and very tasty! I used a can of creamed corn and some kielbasa along with the listed ingredients. Will do that again!

I really enjoyed this! I used black beans and great northern beans.....reading the reviews I saw most used navy beans instead of kidney/red beans, so picked northern beans. I used chicken broth instead of the vegetable broth. Love the slight hint of heat from the green chiles. This was very filling and quick and easy to make! Thanks for sharing such a great recipe. Once again, BakinBaby gets it done!

According to my husband: "The bean stuff is really good!" I added fresh cilantro before serving. It accompanies meat nicely. Thanks for an easy, nice recipe BakinBaby.

A nice soup that I will have to keep in rotation. I used 2 cans of black beans instead of adding navy beans. I also added some cubed chicken to the soup. Made for 123 HITS

Great quick and easy recipe. I only used one can of black beans since I didn't have any navy beans and I think probably twice as much vegetable broth. I only had regular canned tomatoes so added a chopped jalepeno. I whipped this up first thing in the morning since I have a full house so everyone could just have it when they wanted and ended up having it for my breakfast. LOL Very tasty Thanks for posting Made for Newest Zaar tag Dec 2008
