"Perfect for those Christmas gift baskets, you can put this mix in a nice airtight bag and tuck into mugs, or put in a pretty decorative container."

• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup instant expresso instant coffee granules or 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
• 1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1⁄4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
• 6 tablespoons powdered sugar

directions

1. In small bowl, comine all ingredients, mix well. Store in airtight container. To serve, spoon 1-2 tablespoons mix into cup. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to dissolve.
