I made this Ice Cream in my Ice Cream Maker. I made my Expresso by using 1/2 cup of Maxwell House Instant coffee - then added a little water at a time until it was well mixed and equaled 4 ounces. Then I added the remaining ingredients to the bowl, mixing by hand until well blended. Poured it into the Ice cream maker and in 30 mins it was ready to go into the big freezer. My brave victims used words like Excellent - Perfect - Wonderful... I have already had request for MORE!

  1. Brew the espresso.
  2. Put brewed espresso into bowl along with other ingredients and mix gently until the condensed milk is incorporated fully.
  3. Put this mix into the ice cream maker and process for 25 minutes.
  4. Transfer soft set ice cream to a freezer-appropriate container and freeze at least 1 hour before serving.
