These are the best choc chip cookies I've come across - you seriously can't stop eating them! Sometimes I put chopped almonds in as well.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. using an electric mixer, beat until light and creamy.
  4. Beat in the condensed milk.
  5. Add the flour and mix on low speed until smooth.
  6. Stir in the choc bits until well combined.
  7. Roll about 2 teaspoonfujls of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper-lined trays.
  8. Press each ball gently with a floured fork.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  10. Remove from the over and allow to cool on the tray.
