I happen to love anchovies, but I didn't miss them a bit in this great salad. The flavor of the dressing along with the freshly grated Parmesan tasted just like my favorite Caesar salad. I was lazy and just whisked the dressing ingredients together until they emulsified, which really didn't take long. The croutons add a nice crunch and really shouldn't be omitted. Good, good recipe Heather.

Very delicious Ceasar. I have to admit that I love the anchovies, but not everyone does and this is a great recipe to have on hand for those people. I added a clove of roasted garlic- its wonderful to have roasted garlic for background the fresh for a bit of bite. Thanks!

I was disappointed to see Worcestershire sauce in a recipe that says - no anchovies. Worcestershire sauce has anchovies in it! Still looking.

I blended all the dressing ingredients with the lemon juice and used with fresh garden mixed greens, bbq shrimp, bacon and fresh asiago cheese. Wonderful salad and no leftovers
