This is a fantastic recipe!! I had all of the ingredients on hand and it whisked together in a flash. I did omit the salt, and added a sprinkle of salt and black pepper to the tops of our salads. If you are not fond of a strong lemon flavor, I would cut back a bit on the lemon juice--I used the entire amount and was quite happy with the tartness. Rae, thank you so much for sharing your recipe! It is a keeper!!!
