    I love this recipe! I do not take credit for this recipe, it is in the Cook Yourself Thin cookbook, and I just wanted to put it on here to have in safe keeping. This dressing is delicious! Tastes just like or maybe even better than regular caesar dressing. And oh-so low cal! Yum! Enjoy!

      This dressing is very simple and delicious. A sprinkle of parmesan cheese makes it taste more Caesar-like. It's also delicious as a spread for sandwiches instead of mayo. Thank you for this recipe!

      I didn't find this caesar like in flavor, but it IS a tasty dressing I will make again. For me it had a strong mustard-y top note; pleasant, but there. I sampled it first as a dip with raw veggies & later made it to dress a cucumber, onion, & tomato salad. There I added a pkt of splenda, black pepper, & seasoned salt. I think the dressing will be good on other salads too. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Fall '09 Pick A Chef.
