My family loves this - even my 7 year old who up until tasting this, hated lettuce, now she wants lettuce with everything!

I have finally found a terrific recipe for Caesar salad dressing! This was sooo very easy. I dropped all the components in a mixing cup and a couple of hits with my hand mixer and presto! Perfect restaurant quality dressing!

This dressing was amazing and super easy to make. We had chicken ceasar salad and it tasted like restaurant salads. Better tasting and a lot healthier than botteled dressing. Thanks

Not quite what we were looking for, but thanks. Too sour, maybe?

I made this to go with 'Delicious Chicken Pot Pie' (Delicious Chicken Pot Pie - which was FABULOUS, by the way) tonight and my 6-year-old had four helpings. Will be a staple in my house! I did make it with a raw egg tonight, but will probably try it with a 'pasteurized egg product' the next time to satisfy my (probably unfounded) paranoia about raw eggs. Will update if I try it!

Very easy recipe....I used egg beaters for the egg and cut down on the anchovy paste...

Super and easy! I used 1/4 c. Eggbeaters instead of the egg, and 3 anchovy filets instead of the paste. A hit!

I tried this last night. It turned out Great!! The only thing I changed was omit the cider vinegar and put 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Will make over and over!

I made it for 70 people and it was awesome!!!! The anchovy paste just adds that zing you need. The garlic was a little strong tasting, but for me ....I LOVED it!!! Thank you Evie

Not sure what went wrong but this didn't work for me at all. All I could taste was the vinegar. I tried to fix it but it was hopeless unfortunately. I'll keep searching... thanks anyway

Clearly, this is a delicious dressing. Being a cheese lover, I did add more cheese, eliminated the vinegar and added more lemon juice. The anchovy paste, does the trick.

Simply delicious on hearts of Romaine. I used Extra Virgin olive oil, as oil type wasn't specified, and I threw in three anchovy filets (canned in oil) rather than the paste. Very fresh. Thanks for a great recipe!

WONDERFUL! This was my 1st time making homemade Caesar dressing and it was SO delicious. I did use the anchovy paste and it gave the dressing just the right amount of tartness, so someone who doesn't like anchovies wouldn't even know it was in there. This was delicious and so fresh, I will make again and again!!

This definitely isn't a recipe for the garlic lover. This was not as flavorfull as I thought it would have been. I think using the flat achovies rather than the paste, would give it more flavor. It was still missing more of what a true caesar salad dressing from a 5 star restaurant has. Can't put my finger on it, but will continue to search.
