- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- pepper (small amount)
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all together and serve over mixed greens.
This is the worst recipe I have tried from recipezaar. Followed the recipe exactly and thought the texture was too thin & the taste was terrible. Left it in the fridge overnight - it did get thicker, though still not creamy, but still tasted awful. Actually threw it out.
This doesn't deserve a five star... a classic caesar salad has a small amount of mashed anchovies...which I dislike, but find it gives the kick a for a good Caesar salad.
I needed Caesar salad dressing for a recipe that was cooked over the stove, along with other ingredients. Made this recipe, and it worked out great. The dish was delicious! Thank you for posting!
