Homemade croutons beat the store bought every time
- Combine olive oil and garlic in cup. Let stand several hours or overnight. Remove and discard garlic. In separate bowl, mix cheese and seasonings. Heat oil in large skillet. Cut bread into small cubes. Put cubes in hot oil and spread into a single layer. Saute, stirring frequently until browned. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cheese mixture.
