This is a wonderful dinner sandwich. Serve with home fries or french fries.

  1. Combine flour and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken with flour mixture and shake off excess.
  3. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over a medium heat until hot.
  4. Add chicken and lightly brown on both sides.
  5. Combine lemon juice, garlic, worcestershire and hot pepper sauce and pour over chicken.
  6. Cover and simmer for 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink.
  7. Sprinkle chicken with walnuts and parmesan.
  8. Arrange lettuce on rolls, place chicken on the lettuce and serve.
