- 1 1⁄4 ounces tequila (a good one)
- 1⁄2 ounce pineapple, concentrate
- 5 ounces sweet & sour margarita mix
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 12 ounces ice
- Mix together on the rocks or blend well in blender.
This is definitely a different tasting Margarita. The cream of coconut really adds a creamy element to the usually sour drink. I liked the change and would make this for company that was not keen on salty margaritas. Very easy to drink. Thanks Mari!
