- 2 cups coarsely shredded cabbage (about 1/3 head)
- 1⁄4 cup coarsely chopped unpared cucumber
- 1 dash salt
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄4 cup salad dressing
- Combine cabbage, cucumber and salt in bowl.
- Pour mayonnaise on cabbage mixture and toss.
