    A no mayo cabbage slaw, I use the package of pre-shredded slaw with carrots, this really makes this easy.

    Directions:

      Dump slaw in bowl, add chopped green pepper.

      Sprinlke with 3/4 cup sugar.
    3. 3
      Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

      Pour over slaw mix.
    5. 5
      Don't stir.
    6. 6
      Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    7. 7
      Stir and serve.

      I have used this recipe over and over since I found it here on RecipeZaar! Love it! So quick and easy, esp if you buy slaw mix! and no need to wait overnight, either, just make it first before starting dinner - and it is just right when the rest of the dinner hits the table!
