ingredients

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles (Crushed, DO NOT COOK)
  • 1 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 bunches green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 lbs shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup white wine vinegar
  • 12 cup sugar (may substitute no calorie sweetener)
  • 1 (2 teaspoon) packet chicken flavored ramon noodle seasoning

directions

  • Mix all salad ingredients in very large bowl.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients in separate bowl.
  • Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix.
  • This recipe makes ALOT of salad and can easily be halved or even measured down more for a smaller family!
