    I can't remember the last time I ate Top Ramen noodles, and I had no idea how much I would love it with cabbage. We had it for a St Patrick's Day social, and it's to-die-for delicious. Thank you Trish for your terrific recipe! Serving size is estimated.

    • 1 large cabbage , thinly sliced
    • 3 green onions , sliced
    • ½ cup sesame seed , toasted
    • ½ cup sliced almonds , toasted
    • 2 (3 ounce) packages oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles (cook one, leave one uncooked, reserve flavor packets for dressing)

    Dressing

    Directions:

      Combine cabbage, onions, sesame seeds, sliced almonds, and oriental ramen (cook one package according to instructions and leave the other package uncooked).

      Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with salad just before serving.
