Cabbage rolls are delicious but are seriously time consuming to prepare. This casserole dish is easy to make, anyone can put it together in a flash, and can have it ready in no time.

  1. Brown beef with onions. Add garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Place half the cabbage in a greased baking dish; cover with half the rice mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.
  3. Serve with sour cream. May be refrigerated before baking.
