This is in my oven right now and wow the aroma is absolutely crazy good! I had to sub 2 things though and crossing my fingers it will be just as or maybe better ! I ended up with a pear instead of an apple & white wine for the apple cider. Thank you for this recipe! It's down to being creative in the kitchen right now because we are on a tight budget and this fit right in with what I had on hand!

We had this with our dinner the other night & it was great an interesting way to serve cabbage. It did take a lot of preparation though so not something that I would probably make regularly but nice occasionally.

This was thoroughly enjoyed by my family. The flavours came together well for a very satisfying meal.

DH and I loved this casserole! This was all we had for supper tonight and it hit the spot. It did take a bit of effort, but it was not difficult by any means. We enjoyed the little sweetness that the brown sugar added and the heat of the red pepper. All in all, it was a great cold weather day meal. I am glad to have leftovers for tomorrow, which will be a cold, rainy day! Thanks Baby Kato!
