  1. Brown hamburger.
  2. Add Celery and onions.
  3. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili seasoning.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, undrained kidney beans, stewed tomatoes.
  5. Simmer for one hour and 15 minutes before serving, add cabbage.
  6. Enjoy.
