Delicious low carb, gluten free cabbage lasagna

  1. Slice cabbage head in half. Slice long strips about 1/4inch wide.
  2. steam until just tender (~7 minutes) and set aside.
  3. Brown Meat, add spices.
  4. Add onions to meat and sautee.
  5. Add tomato sauce to meat and set aside.
  6. Mix ricotta, eggs, and herbs.
  7. Grease 2 Qt baking dish.
  8. Heat oven to 350.
  9. Layer Cabbage, then meat/tomato sauce, then ricotta. repeat.
  10. Cover and Bake 45 minutes at 350.
  11. Uncover, put cheese on top, back 10 minutes or until cheese is browned.
  12. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
