Well, this really hit the spot on a day when I was wanting something "comfort"-able....and use up the half-head of cabbage languishing in the veggie drawer of the fridge! I didn't have the cream of celery soup--used mushroom instead--and didn't used any soy sauce at all. The only suggestion heard from The Peanut Gallery, "Mom, this would be even better with French-fried onions, instead of the chow mein noodles." Easy to make, smells & tastes like "home." Keeper!
