My mother's recipe from a weight loss program years ago. We all enjoy it just for the taste.
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1304.07 g tomato juice
- 907.18 g cooked ground turkey
- 473.18 ml rice (precooked)
- Layer with cabbage in bottom of 9x14 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour.
